Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of our skincare devices, products must be in their original condition. For health and safety reasons, we may ask for a photo or video if the item is defective.
Final Sale Items: Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., Aura Glow™ instead of Aura Purify™). We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Processing Your Refund Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
